We are located in Christchurch, NZ. We ship all around NZ and deliver within the Christchurch area helping our filos ladies and men boost their confidence with our local beauty and skincare products!
How to order
The customer may order products by completing and submitting the checkout process on the Aphrobeauty website. The customer must provide all required information (including name, email address, and payment details) or Aphrobeauty may not be able to process the order. Once the order is completed, We will process your order and prepare it for dispatch.By the email that you have provided We will send you your tracking number where you can track your order.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your goodies on their way to you.
Each product is carefully picked and packed by hand. Estimated Delivery Time is typically 2-5 working days. Rural Deliveries will take a little longer. Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order.
Pre orders
Products that are out of stocks are available for pre orders for you to reserve your items.Once the stocks arrive we will then process & ship it straight away,If you have orders other items along with it that are currently on stocks and want to get that items ship first.Let us know via email or instagram message so we can organise a seperate shipping.Shipping is at customer cost.
Refund Policy
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.We will need a prove for this e.g. photo of the item that is still on its packaging.
We monitor our shipment everyday to make sure that it will get deliver to our customer.When it comes to shipping we use NZpost courier if you have any concern regarding your parcel e.g not recieved,wants to change delivery address or got deliver in wrong a wrong address by the courier mistake this can be also reported through them by your tracking number that we provided. Any lost of parcel that’s already been turn over to the courier Aphrobeauty will not shoulder any refund.The courier is responsible for this but we will assure you that we will help recover this.If you have this issue please report to us via email so we can help you with your refund or redirecting your parcel.
